These Terms of Sale apply to sales of digital products made by Réussir Inc. (brand Guidofly, see Legal Notice) via the Gumroad platform.
Guidofly sells exclusively intangible digital goods: downloadable PDF guides, presentations and Excel files. These are educational resources for informational purposes. They do not constitute legal advice.
Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD), all taxes included where applicable.
Orders are placed via Gumroad. Payment is made by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard) or PayPal. The order is confirmed upon receipt of the Gumroad confirmation email containing the download link. The buyer declares having read and accepted these Terms of Sale before finalizing the purchase.
Digital products are delivered immediately after payment confirmation, via a download link sent by email by Gumroad. The buyer can also find their purchases at any time in their Gumroad customer account.
Guidofly cannot be held responsible for a delay due to technical problems beyond its control (Gumroad-side incident, email blocked as spam, etc.). In this case, contact support via the Contact.
No refund after download. Due to the digital and immediately downloadable nature of the products, no refund is granted once the file has been downloaded, in accordance with Canadian consumer protection law applicable to digital goods.
Exception, technical problems: if the file is corrupted, inaccessible or not received despite payment confirmation, the buyer may contact Guidofly within 7 days of purchase. We will resend the file or, if the problem cannot be resolved, provide a refund assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Buyers receive, free and automatically via Gumroad, significant updates to the purchased guide for as long as the product remains in the catalogue.
Products are sold under a personal-use licence, reserved for the buyer. Any reproduction, resale, redistribution or public sharing is prohibited.
These Terms of Sale are governed by Canadian law and the legislation of the province of Quebec. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first by email before any other action.
